The Government of India notifies Patent Amendment Rules 2021\nto reduce 80 per cent of patent filing fee for all educational institutes as\nrecognized by an authority designated by the Central Government or the State\nGovernment or the Union territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fee is reduced by 80 percent as the Educational institutes which was under the Others category have now moved to category under Natural Person, Startup and Small entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
