She focuses on handling issues related to Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Design including Searching, Drafting, Prosecution, Licensing, Monetization and counselling clients on addressing IP Management and formulating IP Strategies.
She is also a Trademark Attorney and an Advocate.
Additionally, she is a seasoned speaker and talks about Intellectual Property related matters at various conferences, academic & research institutions and corporates.
Girija has a Master's degree in Science and holds PG Diplomas in IPR Law, Bioinformatics, Technology Management and Business Administration.
She is an Expert Panel Member of the WTO & Relay Cell of Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre, Government of Karnataka. She is Empanelled as Patent Agent for various institutes and colleges. She is also a Facilitator for Startups in Patent, Government of India.
Nisha has more than 10 years of versatile experience both in the government and corporate sector in the fields of science, research, management, teaching and administration. She holds a Master's degree in Science from TNAU, Coimbatore and a Postgraduate diploma in Business administration from Symbiosis, Pune.
She handles the business development activities as well as accounts, billing and customer support. She conducts IP awareness programmes at various institutions. She also handles projects involving Patentability searches, Freedom to operate searches and preparation of Landscape Report.
