A Patent is a legal document granted by the Government to protect an invention. Basically patents refer to invention; they are a part of intellectual property, which is a legal way to protect all creations of human intellect.

The patent application will be processed by the patent office and if the invention satisfies all the requirements of patentability then the patent will be granted to the applicant.
